CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT
Check-in begins at 4 p.m. on your scheduled check-in day and check-out is at 10 a.m. on your scheduled check-out date.
If you find that you will arrive at the resort before the 4 p.m. check-in time, please call the Front Desk prior to your arrival to inquire about the possibility of an early check-in.
The Breck Inn Front Desk is open Sunday- Thursday 7 a.m. – 10 p.m. and Friday and Saturday 7 a.m. – 12 a.m. Please be advised that we do require a picture ID and credit card upon arrival for incidentals.
PARKING
Your allotted parking spaces will be available beginning at 10:00 a.m. on your day of check-in until 10:00 a.m. on your check-out day.
SMOKING POLICY
Smoking of any kind is prohibited in all units.
DAMAGES
Charges will be assessed for any damages incurred. This includes, and is not limited to, repairs, replacements, and labor costs associated with damages to property, furniture, carpet, and other items determined.
FINES
A minimum $200 fine will be assessed for violation of any policies. This includes, and is not limited to, pet, smoking, and parking policies. A $50 fee will be assessed for lost keys.
PET POLICY
Some units are pet-friendly (defined as up to two dogs), but we require advance notice to allow pets on the property. Our dog fee is $35 per night per dog, two dogs maximum — 10% of all dog fees are donated to the Summit County Animal Control and Shelter.
At check-in, all dogs will be registered and receive a welcome bag along with some treats! We look forward to welcoming you and your pooch. View pet policies and waiver here.
